1. General :
1.1 CTL is an INAB accredited calibration laboratory, Reg No. 186C which operates to EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPETENCE OF TESTING LABORATORIES. Calibrations will be performed both on-site and off-site.1.2 The customer is responsible for delivering the Unit Under Calibration (UUC) to CTL. The customer should undertake to deliver the UUC in a safe condition (e.g. free from hazardous contamination).
1.3 Calibration will be performed in accordance to ISO 8655: 1-6 (2002) or customer specifications which are traceable to national standards.

Description and unique identification of the reference standards used in the calibration
The calibration results (before and after adjustment, where relevant)
Signature of the person who has undertaken the calibration and the person authorising the certificate.
Date of calibration and date of issue of the certificate
The measurement uncertainty associated with the calibration results
The environmental conditions under which the calibration were made
A statement concerning the compliance of the UUC with the manufacturer's accuracy specification, where this is available, (except in the case where the deviation plus the uncertainty of calibration exceeds the tolerance given by the manufacturer).
1.8 An electronic copy of the certificate is maintained on file at CTL for a period of 10 years.
1.9 Any faults, which are noted or occur during the calibration process, are immediately communicated to the customer and the necessary action agreed.
